This Warhammer 40K Rogue Trader Imperial Guard miniature can be found in the Autumn 1989 trade catalogue under 072033’s “Personality Figures” section. White Dwarf #110 gives sculpting credit to Mark Copplestone and puts it into the 4010 range.
He’s a 1988 sculpt.
