This metal Genestealer Hybrid Magus appears in the Rogue Trader 4502 range as “Hybrid 450206”, and in the 1991 Blue catalogue as Genestealer Magus with Las Pistol. It does look more like an autopistol!
It’s a Jes Goodwin sculpt from 1989.
