This metal Warhammer 40K miniature is from the Rogue Trader era and went by Trooper Mosley. He’s a member of the Imperial Army and was a 1987 sculpt. I don’t have a single sculpting credit for him, unfortunately.
He appears in the 1989 Trade Catalogue (Summer) in set 072019/2.
