This two-piece metal Space Marine from the Rogue Trader era of Warhammer 40K was available in a blister pack to form a sergeant mini to match the RTB15 Strike Force miniatures.
It can be seen in the 1997 Legends catalogue as part number 070282/2 for the torso and with two leg options, one of which is shown here:
