Our T&Cs for selling prints from our files commercially, once you have paid the invoice for commercial use, are in addition to the standard terms and conditions laid out here. Payment of the invoice constitutes acceptance of the standard and commercial terms.
Commercial Licensees Additional Terms
- Unlike non-commercial purchases you may print and sell the physical prints. This may be done on any platform – your own website, eBay, Etsy, Gumtree etc. so long as you state who designed the print and that you’re a licensed reseller
- Once the term of your license expires you must remove all products from sale and delete any copies of the STLs you have acquired through your commercial license
- Licenses are non-refundable and non-transferable
- Licenses may only be applicable to a subset of our products and additional licenses may be required if you wish to sell other products we produce
- Licenses may be canceled at any time at our discretion (e.g. abuse of license terms)
- You may set your own prices
- You may not on-sell the STL files
- You may not modify the files
- You may re-use our photographs to promote your products
- Licensing periods will be detailed in your invoice
