These guys were shown in the White Dwarf issues in ’89. I’m not sure who sculpted them, though.

White Dwarf #120 (Dec 1989) p.76 credits these to Mark Copplestone.

This guy is part number 070145/6 and is one of three Rogue Trader Space Marines with Terminator Honours.

“TERMINATOR” on the front of the tab, blank on the back.

This is the chap without the bayonet! Part number 070145/5.

No tab on this chap, sadly.

This metal Space Marine miniature is a Mark Copplestone sculpt, part 410614 and later Power Glove and Bolter.

He can be seen in White Dwarf #112 along with the other two Death Eagles:

This guy is one of three Death Eagles shown, and he’s part number 410613 or later Plasma Gun 1, 070145/18. He’s a Mark Copplestone sculpt.

He can be seen in White Dwarf #112:

This guy was initially shown as one of the three Death Eagles, part number 410612. In the 1991 catalogue he’s shown as Bolter 1, part number 070145/14.

He can be seen in White Dwarf 112:

I have had those three fellows for ages and just hadn’t got to painting them – partially because I was dithering between doing them in the magenta/white or in blue to go with all the other Marines. I decided to go with blue, with a slight nod to the original shown scheme with the chequering on the knee.
It’s interesting how the Mk7 “Armourum Imperator” armour look is similar to but distinct from Jes Goodwin’s later MK7 sculpts.
Joined the painting log 10th June 2026. Took me about four hours this time around:

The Space Marine Death Eagles were all sculpted by Mark Copplestone.
