This metal Rogue Trader miniature was called Medic Pointer. He’s a 1987 sculpt, and I can’t find an individual sculpting credit for him. It looks like he may share the same base sculpt as Captain Webb.
In the 1989 Trade Catalogue (Summer) 072019/2 set he’s shown as “Medic eating Vegiburger”.
This metal dreadnought was a Bob Naismith sculpt from the Rogue Trader era and is nicknamed Fury in the catalogues! It’s made up of the right double bolter arm, the lascannon arm and the wide dreadnought body. Oh, and the short legs.

This metal Rogue Trader-era Space Marine Dark Angels Captain was part number 070268/5 in the 1991 catalogue. He’s a 1990 Jes Goodwin sculpt.
Painted 26th September 2022:
Undercoat: Vallejo Mecha Black
Green: Scale75 Artist Sap Green and Spring Green, highlighted with Spring Green/Pro Acryl Titanium White
White: Pro Acryl Titanium White, washed with Targor Rageshade
Sword: Pro Acryl Burnt Red/Bold Pyrrole Red/Art Black/Golden Yellow/Titanium White
Gold: Necro Gold, washed with Targor Rageshade, then Elven Gold, then Citrine Alchemy, then White Alchemy
Base: Scale75 Soilworks Rough Ground mixed with Woodland Scenics rocks. Base coat of Mechanicus Grey, then a drybrush of Dawnstone, then Ulthuan Grey, then White Scar. Then I decided I didn’t like it as much as I expected and put Scale75 Soilworks Ash all over the base and highlighted with Soilworks Gypsum. Rim of Vallejo Mecha Black.
Chequered knee: Scale75 Pastel Green and Titanium White.
Red: Scale75 Art Black, then Pro Acryl Burnt Red, then Bold Pyrrole Red, then Golden Yellow
In the end mixing the Rough Ground with the larger Woodland Scenic chunks produced a texture that was a bit more liquid-y than I was happy with – live and learn, though.

The earliest Blood Angels specific sculpt I have found so far.
I liked the cape that came with him – here it is before stripping:
