Chaplain with Crozius
Here’s another metal Rogue Trader Space Marine Chaplain! Part number 410605 initially and later 070133/61. He’s a 1988 Mark Copplestone sculpt.

Black: Scale75 Art Black, highlighted with a mix of Primary Blue/Art Black/Titanium White
Red: Pro Acryl Burnt Red followed by Bold Pyrrole Red, then a mix of Golden Yellow and Bold Pyrrole Red
Silver: Black Metal, washed with a mix of Black Legion and Nuln, highlighted with Thrash Metal, then Speed Metal
Bone: Pro Acryl Ivory and Pro Acryl Titanium White, washed with Targor Rageshade, highlighted with same

Tech Marine with Adjustable Wrench
This guy shows up as part number 410502 in the early flyers and 070133/71 in the later catalogues. He’s a 1988 sculpt by Mark Copplestone.
Painted September 2022:
Undercoat: Vallejo Mecha Black
Red: Pro Acryl Burnt Red followed by Bold Pyrrole Red, washed with Targor Rageshade, highlighted with Bold Pyrrole Red mixed with Pro Acryl Golden Yellow
Bone: Pro Acryl Ivory, washed with Targor Rageshade, highlighted with Ivory
Base: Pigments of Soilworks Natural Soil and Sand, a Vallejo tuft and some Woodland Scenics rocks
Green: Sap Green, Spring Green, highlighted with Golden Yellow and shaded with Art Black
Silver: Black Metal, Nuln wash, Thrash Metal, Speed Metal, White Alchemy
Rim: Vallejo Black Grey
Yellow: Golden Yellow, highlighted with a mix of Titanium White and Golden Yellow, shaded with a mix of Bold Pyrrole Red/Art Black and Golden Yellow
The decals had both reds sponged over them to make them blend in a bit more.

Brother Sheer
This metal Rogue Trader Space Marine is Brother Sheer, who is the later sculpt of Brother Froth – he has a gun sight and a few other minor changes from Froth, presumably to make him easier to cast.
His name appears in the 1988 Astronomican release but the photo looks like Froth, so make of that what you will:
Screenshot I’m happy to call the scoped mini Sheer and the unscoped Froth for clarity’s sake, but how accurate that is who knows.

Sergeant Burgess
This guy was shown as Sergeant Burgess early on and later Bionic Eye and Bolt Pistol, part number 70119/25. A 1988 sculpt.
Potentially named after Burgess Meredith – though that would give him two Marines named after him!

Brother Holt
This metal miniature was known as Brother Holt in Rogue Trader originally, and is shown in the 1991 catalogue as Flamer, part number 070119/24. 1988 on the tab.
Unfortunately he has a bit of damage on his face – I think I’ll make that another piece of metal holding him together. Painted in Jan 2024:

- Undercoat: Vallejo Mecha Black
- Blue: Scale75 Art Cobalt Blue, highlighted with a mix of that and Kimera’s The White.
- Black: Kimera Carbon Black
- Skin: Scale75 Pale Skin, highlighted with a mix of that and Art White, shaded with a mix of that and Burnt Sienna Umber. Scars in SART-24 Purple. Wash of diluted Guilliman Flesh and a little bit of Fyreslayer Flesh.
- Silver: Black Metal/Thrash Metal/Speed Metal/White Alchemy and Emerald Alchemy
- Yellow: Kimera’s Cold Yellow and Orange, highlighted with a mix of Cold Yellow and The White. Blackening with Scale75 Soilworks Ash.
- Base rim: Vallejo Model Color Black Grey

Brother Slater
This is the Space Marine Brother Slater from the Rogue Trader era! Also known as Bolter and Sensor, he was part number 070106/6.
He appears as Brother Slater in the RT3 flyer in April 1988.

This guy was Brother Potter in the early catalogues, later shown as Bionic Eyes and Bolter 070106/4. He’s a 1987 sculpt.
