This metal Citadel miniature is “Bounty Hunter 2” from the Confrontation game – the precursor to 1995’s Necromunda. It was part number 072505/35 in the 1991 Blue catalogue. I can’t find a specific credit for this mini. He’s a 1990 sculpt.
