This metal Space Marine Terminator came in the 1989 RTB9 Terminators box set, and was a Jes Goodwin sculpt from that same year.
It appears in the 1991 Blue catalogue as part number RTB9/4.
He can be seen on the front of the box depicted as a Marine with storm bolter/chainfist and also as a marine with a heavy flamer and power fist.
On the rear he has a storm bolter/chainfist and storm bolter/powerfist – you got two of this base sculpt in the set.
