This metal Ratling miniature was from the first edition of Warhammer 40K (Rogue Trader).
It appears first as 401108 (with credit to Alan Perry) and later in the 1991 Blue catalogue as Ratling with Sniper Rifle 1, 072117/35. It’s a 1988 sculpt according to the tab.
