This is the Imperial Land Raider from August 1988 – released in the RTB5 box (two came in that box) and the RTB11 box (one came in that one).
White Dwarf 104 (Aug ’88) has them for £12.99, available late summer.
White Dwarf 170 (Feb 1994) states that it’s a new release as a boxed set for £12.99. Was it discontinued for a spell? Or is that just a re-release? As shown in WD170:

This is the best condition one I could find locally; it’s missing a few parts, unfortunately.

It’s also in need of a good clean and strip. Somewhat stripped:

The struts for the ram bar at the front were positioned incorrectly (plastic glue’d on, no less, so they had to be cut off) which prevented the greeble on the front with the struts from attaching properly.

After they were cut off the front greeble was attached and I made some of the struts out of two diameters of styrene round tube (larger one is hollow to go against the side):

I used a door off the newer Land Raider Proteus kit (the same as the other modern Land Raiders, iirc) and used some plasticard and plastic rod to make a viewslit, rivets and hinges:

A lot more to go, but it’s looking better bit by bit!
